Here’s a story about one of my movie projects that came very close to being filmed. It didn’t end well, but along the way, it delivered some entertaining stories about Big Stars, the "Big Tuna," a French director, mobsters, ex-mobsters, bungling burglars, and my unintended role in myth-making.
